- Full floors range from 22,500 to 23,000 rentable square feet.

Parking at Occidental Tower:
- Parking is directly under the building, provided at a rate of 3 unreserved parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. Both unreserved and reserved parking are competitively priced.
- Building parking is well lit, security patrolled and access controlled, with emergency call boxes and security cameras in select locations.
- The garage can be accessed by tenants with an assigned access badge, or via our tolltag reader, which can recognize tenant's cars and allow them "badge free" access.
